Building your own boat

Picture
The following pages outlines the highs and lows experienced when building your own boat from scratch.  As 3D@Sea materialised, so did a story of enthusiasm, dogged determination........and during the "sanding" period, complete fatigue.

First and fore most, acknowledgement for this project must go to the wonderful team at Bateau. 3D@Sea is a Bateau designed Classic 19.  Bateau's designs, documentation, helpful hints and forums are awesome! Anyone undertaking a project of this scale would be well advised to utilise their expertise and guidance.  It will save you money, time, frustration and more money.
